Howdy

Who do you wrestle for?

I assume you meant your 78Kg not 178Kg.

18% BF is about average for women (Someone correct me if im wrong)

From experience, I find that I preform better in ring with a lower BF, so I would start with that.

I would then do a lean bulk, trying to maintain your BF%. The reason being you don't want to be in shape one show then the next not be in shape.

Diet is high protein carb and fibre, im also lactose intoerlent and cannot handle too much white carb. My training is 4-6 hours wrestling per week 30 mins cardio per day plus 2-3 hours strength training plus i do irregular exerise when i get restless. Not at a gym atm, but will be soon

I wrestle for KiwiProWrestling although i havent made my debut yet. We also only do 4-5 shows per year. Yes i mean 78kg not 178!! Also according to charts the average woman should not be under 21% for my age group however athletes can be 5% less so am safe for now. Im also 19 so stil very young, with alot to learn!
