thanks for that useful contribution.. would shorts and trainers make me squat better or? i do squats in my undies so my movement isnt restricted and whats wrong with doing them in barefeet? i read barefeet or solid soled shoes is the way to go as it helps with power transfer. sounded good in theory anyway.

Nice squating technique, good and solid through your lower back. Hope your knees don't buckle in at the bottom of the squat. Personally, I think you had plenty more left in the tank than just the 3, or was that purely for the video? What weight did you have on the bar?

Its hard to see from that angle but make sure your pushing our knees out the hole way. Good to see your squatting all the way down just remember to push your hips through at the top

sweet um what do u mean by pushing my hips through at the top? like coming up straighter and pushing my hips further forward?

thanks yeah im focusing on keeping my knees out and pushing up from my heels.. yeah that was just for the video i probably had a few more in me. i had 80 on there. iv dropped it to 70 as iv only just started doing them properly (a2g) and i want to get my form spot on b4 i go heavier
