Mini Tuna Pizza. MMMM Yum (cough cough)

Tuna tastes pretty vile. Some like it, some get used to it, and some put up with it.

If you find it hard to swallow tuna with gagging, yet still need to keep the protein levels high try this not so 'gourmet' but simple and quite tasty recipe.

1. Spread tomato sauce of a piece of pita bread

(A fairly small pita bread is used unless your cooking tuna pizza for

your flatmates - i didnt think so)

2. Spread the drained can of tuna of this

3. top with your favourite selection of cheeses, chedder, mozzerala etc

4. Heat until the the cheese bubbles and the pita is crispy.

I have always hated tuna, and at best just force somw down. Recently tried somemof the new flavoured tins thai sweet chili and tomato, its not in oil and it actuall tastes nice! for anyone that doesnt like tuna I recommend it. Its just a little more expensive though.

I have also tasted these. Got them from woolworths and like you said deegee, tastes good.

I usually buy my tuna in the big ass 450g tins, in water. Its suprising how adding a bit of tomato sauce and or mayo to the tuna in a sammy makes it go down pretty easy. Eating it straight from the tin is a mission for me.

After 4 years of bodybuilding ive tried just about every tuna variation possible. Ive got a few more tuna recipies. Still experimenting. Ill let you know if i discover anything good. :grin:
