Protein Snacks

Obviously you are not doing well with your main meals if you have to snack all day. If you are eating regularly every 3 hours you shouldn't get hungry.

But I wouldn't snack on protein bars,they are chocolate bars in disguise. They make them low carb but substitute lots of fat. They are usually so hard and sticky they pull my fillings out anyway.

Snack on something like rice wafers but remember they all add up to total calories at the end of the day.
