First few cycles??

Recommended Posts

What's good ya'll??

Hey I was just wondering, as a general question.

With your first cycles. (say 3) would you generally use them specifically for growing??? ie with a calorie excess?? Or do people often use a second or third cycle for the dieting down process??? Or is that something that is better utilised further down the track?? As not to waste the the initial shock for growth...

Note: if ur someone that started using at 50kg, during ur second workout and have barley been off since....(half the people here) I'm not interested in ur opinion. Thanks

I've always found the first cycle, especially the second and third cycle the best cycles for growing. By the fourth cycle you should be dieting and then when you're further down the track you can get off the cycle and just go along without the cycle, maybe find someone to cycle with so that then they can stay on the cycle and you can see how it went for them. You never want to waste that initial shock of the first cycle because the first time you cycle it's such initial shock of growth that the second cycle just can't match that growth, unless you get a better and faster cycle and then that cycle should be better and faster.

Then again I only weigh 50kg and prefer to run, and I've never really been much of a cyclist so maybe someone that's 150kg and cycles has better advice.

Get lean enough that you can afford to have a few cheat meals and plenty of surplus calories to make the most of it and get maximum growth first time round.
