what milk do you buy?

i usually buy trim milk any brand on special =D which contains around 7-8 grams of protein per 200ml. Just had a look on the anchor website and found their calci+ milk contains 11.6grams per 200ml. Thats 116grams in a 2L bottle This seems alot higher than most milk brands out there. might look at buying some!

yep cheap is best, milk not really important and the coloured tops are just BS for marketing if u need more protein buy protein powder not s yellow milk twice price of a milk that is just as good. If u lack calcium take a calcium supp not a orange top milk. Seriously it all marketing.

What is this trim milk nonsense? All you are getting is a little bit of protein and a whole lot of carbohydrates. I drink full fat cream, it has a very low carbohydrate content and a high fat and protein content... the perfect drink.
