I've tried a few, some worked really good for me, some didn't at all...however the ones that didn't work for me worked really well on others (see the GAT fat burner) also depends on how well you handle stims, eg me I am so fucked up now I can take a burner with 200-300mg of caffeine and go back to sleep (starting a 4-5 week stim break from tomorrow)

Yeah I find if I take a thermo I just get hungrier, it wont solve the issue of controlling the amount of calories you need to drop weight. I've never really got real low bodyfat on a fat burner, only time i got down to a 4 pak was just natural and being real conscious of what I was eating and when.

Green teas all good, ALCAR, and fishoil. Caffeine, not so sure I find I get used to it so quickly that its not worth relying on as a fat burner.

Go check out apple cider vinegar! As I've just learnt about recently helps control blood sugar and insulin.

Comments from guys are good energy levels all day or some crap like that, but after 6 weeks these guys still look the same pudgy selves to me. dont waste your money. I think a few guys on here have rated Myotrophin as pretty good though.

JACK3D is a wonderful one.

just cos it gives you so much energy all day long and suppresses appetite.

its a pre workout supp, but farking amazing used as a fat burner.

at the end of the day, youve just got to go hungry and exercise. Pre workout supps help with this.

fat burners=wallet burners.

thats about it.

Shit thats not a bad idea at all. might be worth filling sum caps and taking them through out the day. I never feel hungry after jack3d

Consuming Cider Vinegar aides digestions of food as well as fat breakdown, I was wondering whether this will have an effect on protein intake breakdown? since it helps with food digestions which in our case is protein and carb digestions will this affect the amount of protein being absorbed have you by the body or no? Have you noticed any change in muscle mass or any irregularities in your body since you started using cider vinegar?
