Fitness Works Dumbells breaking bolts?

Hello.

Does anybody else out there have trouble with Fitness Works dumbells shearing off the bolts when dropped? I repair these for a local gym and do quite a few (sometimes two or three a week). The problem is that on some of the dumbells the bar is too short and the weight is supported only by the bolt. I realise in a perfect world these wouldnt be dropped, but unless you have someone to spot you it can get abit difficult.
