what happend to looking natural maybe you a little oil and tiny bit of bronzer

these day the bodybuilder put so mush tanning shit on thay look like thay have been fan baked in the oven thats not bodybuilding you should not be judged on the tan its all about the body and poseing not the tan and it look silly coz thay always miss around the eyes and mouth and thats why people like colemen and other black body builders look so good its natural you wont the judges to no like look at this hunk of man im the winner not hay look at my tan i look like idiot the tan is way over rated mike kats ed corney all those guy have great bodys guys these day are to bulky and dont have define muscles no shape just arms legs and back keep it simple

yeah shows here arent really won marginally and there isnt a great deal of top level competition. this why i related it to american bbing(i typically do this). you see some close 3 slot arguable winners in male divisions where its a matter of the judges' liking and this could also be favoured in how they presented themselves and their confidence.

tbh the OP sounded like an unusual rant. its like saying why do we do our hair before going on a date when 40 years ago we didnt. :pfft:

what do you want people to tell you? tanning is one of the biggest parts of presentation! bodybuilding has come along way and so has tanning technology, whats not to get?

It's due to the lighting lad,its not always that flash at shows. If your in the middle of the line you're sweet..but if on the out skirts, you need to look a bit "om-pa-lumpaish" to present yourself better.If your posing isn't up to scratch...at least a decent tan can help.

Just get the right under-tone of tan, red or gold.

I didn't put enough tan on for pre-judging and it fucked me over something chronic. You talk about looking natural, what's natural about a 245lb guy at 4%BF? White guys have to darken up for their lines and separation to come out
