ive been on and off multi vits and fish oil caps over the last 12months and wondering if their worth it?

considering i already have a balanced diet, eat healthy, eat fruits and vege etc etc.

obvisouly their not all created equal too! so whats a good multi to get? and fish oil cap

or money better spent on quality vege, fruit, seafood and meat?

just looked online foe some multis and you can pay almost anything! $70 for eaxample for just a 30 day supply!

I would use the multi instead of fish oil and from what I have notice that most oil's that are out there depending who they are made by are expensive plus I would suggest using balance sports multi 50 caps which is not all that expensvie to buy only $23.90 plus it last for a mounth a bit overall it's good value for money plus there other multis that are out there which are cheap and they can be bought from the supermarket.

What sort of training you do?

If you play sports, dont disregard the fish oil as its a great supplement for injury prevention. Its a great anti inflammatory. Maybe flax seed oil would be a good alternative.

As for multivits, nfi about that. They are all expensive, and you may not absorb all the vits. I liked Anavite just cause of the L -Carn and beta alanine.

yeah i looked at anivate

na no sport training, just trying to reach 90kg @ 10%BF

flax seed oil i had for a while too, with breakie each day

surely there are multis that are absorbed better than the cheap super market ones? same as fish oil too

APPARENTLY (haven't looked for any evidence) multi's derived from fruit and veg are better absorbed, probably cost an arm, a leg and your left nut too. More veg for sure but not so much the fruit if you are dieting, not saying fruit is evil. Look on bodybuilding.com cause that shit is cheap as and just try get a mate to get some stuff too and split postage, it's worth it

when i have money i get optimen and dose it at 2 per day instead of the recommended 3 (my theory is that my diet is good and clean enough already to make up for the missing 1 pill)

when im broke i get opti vites just to remind me how good optimen is (mind you I'd like to try the gaspari multi)

as for fishoil/flaxseed oil I get it for my joints as my knees get fucked up from my martial arts training (plus from the gym)

I use Optimen too  Went a while without any multivits, and noticed when I started up on the Optimen I had an increase in libido and energy pretty much off the bat - nothing life changing mind you, but definitely noticeable. I take the recommended 3 per day (I have 3 meals so that works nicely). Will keep on these for a while.

Pity you can't order them in from Bodybuilding.com though, as they're much cheaper than buying from within NZ :(

Buy from M&S, A1 or orbit nutrition bro, similar price but the allow you to ship it, it doesn't get stopped at customs either. Did this for ZMA and Musclemilk.

Its a shame bb.com dont allow for vits and mins, the shipping price with them is the best and the range is huge, the NOW range is sooooo good.

They don't? I was planning on stocking up in a month or so with multi vits and zma etc. I couldn't order these in from bb.com?
