Hey there, I'm 18 years old, I've been working out since i was 16, just press'ups and flexing with my little 3kg weight.

Earlier this year my mate showed me some videos on youtube, i was amazed at how big and in shape the guys were, It was a total 'I want to be like that one day' moment.

It's taken me awhile, but i found this site and looked at a couple of forums, you guys are awesome with your critique.

I work out 3 - 4 nights a week and have worked myself up to 150 press ups straight, i do a couple of hundred reps with my little weight. But i'm not getting any bigger, at all!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, i know that nothing happens without effort, and big results take big effort, but i'm motivated and determined.

I've attached a photo of me, Constructive criticism is welcome & tips.
