just join this site this week, looking to cut for about the next 10 weeks and then bulk again, currently at 6'2 - 110kgs and 19%bf

Its been a great read so far and everyone seems really keen to help each other out. I am very interested in the Doggcrapp Training Manual posted by Pitbull, so very shortly when i can afford a power cage ill be trying those methods.

I have found that elite fitness offer the bodycraft F430 power cage, Dose anyone have/use this cage or can you offer me a good alternative?.This one goes for $1500, and I would also look at getting the addional 200lb weight stack if its not to much more - i've included the link to it below
