There are a few members here who are currently trying this, Drizzt and Staringfromscratch come to mind, Ronin too I think. Must be a few others as well. Hit them up if you're interested in their thoughts on it.

It doesn't go again breakfast as the most important meal of the day, the first meal of the day is always breakfast = break fast remember. Dependng on when your feeding window is, you just have to wait a while after waking up to have that first meal.

Interesting read. It also has the Pman seal of approval so must be alright.

One of my old training partners is muslim and every year during Ramadan doesn't eat from sunup to sundown for a month or so. Amazingly he actually gains muscle and drops fat over this period every time. Similar concept I guess. Not enough time to overdo the calories for the day.

ive been doing this for a few weeks now and i enjoy it. i fast most of the day and consume most of my carb intake at night.

with the exception of eating only after training or exercise.

this way instead of my body taking on the food and storing it as fat, it is forced to use the food to top up the depleted fuel supplies.

progress is definitely coming along and i think this is my new found diet method of choice.

good article.

Sounds like this guy just tells people what they want to hear ;)

he does back it up with some research though.and plus it's all free advice.the only way we can find out if someone undertakes the diet and lifestyle.ofcourse there is book for more indepth understanding though.

Yeah for sure you can't do both, unless your advanced  . I think most of the damage from partying would come from getting extremely dehydrated and not eating the right stuff, and more of the not so right stuff.

In terms of the drinks themselves maybe the surgery drinks are quite bad as well. I would totally buy into the fact that moderate drinking wont lower your test extremely. But he did mention getting wasted will drop your test 20% thats enough waste right there to avoid drinking alot.

Its gonna be rough coming up to summer, good times ahead \:D/

let me know when naturals are repping 200kg plus squats at full rom, with this diet...

By with this diet do you just mean intermittent fasting? Shouldn't have any affect on strength really. If Nate, Steak, TT etc swapped to this diet I'm sure they could still rep 200+
