time in motion

Recommended Posts

You will need:

2 Tbspn Vanilla Custard Powder

200ml water (or milk)

1 scoop of Protein Powder (I used eat me strawberry)

1 heaped teaspoon of splenda powder.

put all the ingredients in a shaker and give it a damn good shake.. then pour into a pot and bring to the boil, turn down and simmer for 2-3 mins, stirring constantly until thick. Custard DONE!

Pour over weight watchers jelly, or breakfast oatmeal or pancakes or anything that needs custard!
