Preliminary results just in from the Australian Nationals where Richard Parnham & Annette Gallaher are competing today 2000 hrs-

NABBA Figure Class 2 - Annette Gallaher 1st :clap:

NABBA Men Class 2 -

Justin Wessels 1st

Abraham el Zaibak 2nd

Richard Parnham 3rd :clap:

Overalls to still run

hi all yes it was a very good show with some very hard judging and i have sent some pixs back. Annette was in a class of 5 and was up against one of the very top girls in AUS and as for Richard there was 6 in his class and this is the first time he has moved into the physique class and they were very big boys and i thought holy shit and in the end his symmetry helped him get 3rd and the 5kgs hes put on this year. there was two other kiwis here doing the comp and they were Steve Quinn in grandmasters men over 50 and placed 2nd and Hayden Thin in NABBA Men Class 1 were he placed 2rd and that to was a very hard class.

Top stuff from all 3 competitors including Richard Parnham who's technically breaking the rules wearing jewellery on stage :shock: :pfft: Awesome condition equal to or better than you will see at the recent IFBB Worlds contrary to some peoples thoughts on this matter :D
