oat slurry is just an easy way to eat a big lot of uncooked oats. obviously this is only good if you are wanting big carbs!

i just put 150g oats with 300g yogurt, mix together, add a chopped banana or apple, and leave it in the fridge overnight. next morning the oats are softened with the yogurt. depending on the yogurt you use, you may need to add a dash of water when you soak them, i found it makes it even easier to hoe back.

you could also add p.p in if you wanted, but i just do this for easy carbs. the above totals about 150g carbs (80 oats,20 fruit,50 yogurt).
