When to change from intermediate to advanced routines?

Hi I am currently weight training every third day doing full body workouts targeting every muscle with 1 exercise 3 sets of 8 or 3 sets of 12 which takes just over an hour. I have been doing this for about 8 months. When should I switch it up to an advanced routine training 2 or 3 muscles per workout with 3 or 4 exercises each & allowing 7 days for recovery ?

Thanks :)

From what I have notice so from using FST-7 it makes the workout more intense because of the short rest peroids between sets which are 30 to 45 seconds and when I first came across FST-7 in Flex I thought sweet I will have to try that. The results that I have notice from using FST-7 you get a wicked mean pump from using it but when using FST-7 for the last excerise ie when training hamstrings you leave the gym looking like some old dude who lost there zimmer frame.I will be using it for the quads and shoulders for the first time not to sure at this stage what results will I get from it.I will post the website for FST-7 which is http://www.fst-7.com it is a good website plus it worth checking out.

I would jump to intermediate after 6 months provided you were training with some level of consistency and then move to advanced when you are no longer seeing gains with your intermediate routine or when it becomes boring for you,

although this is kinda dependant on gains and the individual
