Hi I'm Anton & have been weight training for 8 months now. I am 5''9 178lbs. 20years old in a few days. I Am currently doing full body workouts every 3rd day but will be changing soon to split routines allowing to train each muscle far more intensly & allowing 7 days for recovery. On my off days I do cardio, usually 30min run. Still concentrating & learning flawless technique for all exercises. My nutrition is tuned but not fine tuned and must admit this is the hardest part to get right! Each workout my goal is to enjoy it & make progress on every exercise using correct form. My short term goal is to squat 3 sets of 8 at 100kg, deadlift 3 sets of 8 at 100kg & have a visible six pack all by xmas this year.

For various exercises & info on form/technique http://www.youtube.com is excellent. http://scoobysworkshop.com/ is a really useful site espeically for beginner bodybuilders
