Some diet help please

Hey everyone. So i have hit a snag in my dieting not that im realy into that but what the heck.

I need some help maybe just finetuning it just a little to suit more towards bodybuilding but still have my strength/power and so on.

At the moment im 147kg and 6'7 but my bodyfat would be in around the 15-17% mark. Anyway i would'nt mind gettin down to about 10% as i would not be competing, its just for show i guess. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Let me see. 5 weet bix with milk, coffee and banana for breakfast. Protein shake about =90g protein plus 30g almonds for morning T. 185g tuna with shitload of spinage with few cuts of cheese and low fat dressing and mayo and cup of tee no suger for lunch. protein shake =90g with babana about 1hour before workout and then pre workout drink. After workout i have a post workout formula followed by another 90g protein shake. then dinner is a 250g steak grilled with small potato and 100g brocoli and thats about it for the day. I try to take some casein before i go to bed if and when i remeber.
