Hi Guys,

One thing that I have been getting into recently is the key role that hormones play in my training and everyday life. It is crazy how these affect the success of your workouts and overall wellbeing.

I just wondered if any one took this on board seriously as with supplementation? as it would make a marked difference in workout performance.

For example, one of the things that I take now is Magnesium Oil and it makes such a difference to my mood, workouts and overall health. I feel stronger, faster, my mind is truely focused.

Not quite sure about that. I use the spray onto the skin and it absorbs a great deal faster than tablets, it helps my DHEA and Serotonin levels greatly.

With this and a whole foods diet, I feel like I can run through a wall.
