Fooling around in the kitchen and came up with this.. pretty tasty even my non BBing partner agreed they were pretty good and he's a resonably tough crowd! :shock: \:D/

You could make it with vanilla pp and I think it'd be all good too.

Jays Protein Biscuits

1 ½ c Rolled Oats

70g smooth peanut butter

1/8 c Coconut

60g chocolate protein powder

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ c Stewed/canned apple

optional: dried fruit : sultanas, chopped up apricots, dates, chopped nuts, seeds etc.

Put oats in a bowl with the other dry ingredients, add apple and peanut butter and stir really well, add enough water to make a sticky mixture.

Put spoonfuls on a tray lined with baking paper, flatten a little with the back of the spoon and bake at for 7-10mins or until browned.

Carbs – 8.4g

Fat – 4g

Fibre – 1.8g
