Steroids and heart rate

Recommended Posts

Just curious as to whether anyone here who uses gear, has had any noticeable change in their heart rhythm i.e faster etc?

Just that I had a abit of arrhythmia not long ago just after smoking weed and that affected my heart for a good long while. (Erratic heart rate.)

There is nothing wrong with my heart, doctors reckon it was severe anxiety after toking on a massive bong lol.

But yeh, that's really the only fear I have about using gear at the moment, is my ticker.

Cheers.

I'm currently in my first week of pct after a quick 10 weeker. I was using moderate to high (for me) doses of test and dbol, and I can definitely say that my resting heart rate is higher now than it was before I started. I'm of the mind that this is due to higher blood pressure, and should settle itself down given time (this could be wishful thinking, but I'm not worried yet). I plan on getting another physical a few weeks after my pct has finished, but don't anticipate any major problems, and my heavy heart beat should have (hopefully!) settled itself down by then.

I am now doing 3 or 4 sessions of hiit cardio to up the fitness and lean up a bit for summer, and regularly get my heart rate over 170 (not for overly extended periods of time, a few minutes at most) and I haven't keeled over dead yet, no matter how much I thought I was going to!

Sweet, so your increased heart rate didn't bother you?

also remember that your size will contribute to your heartrate I know for myself being almost double my starting bodyweight and being stupid and not doing cardio my resting heartrate is way faster than it use to be and I feel the difference especially now that its getting hotter aslong as you look after your heart by doing cardio and staying fit gear wont effect as much depending on doses look at some league and rugby players 110kg+ and can play an 80minute game??

just because your not fat doesnt mean your healthy being big in any sence muscle or fat your heart still has to work harder to pump blood around and muscles need alot of bloodflow
