the old school method of dbol pre workout is the best :D full dose 1hour pre workout for a massive androgen spike which comes in handy for training :nod:

thats your opinion bro, personally i dont think its the best way. dianabols not a stimulant, its a steroid, it should be spread throughout the day to get best results. you may as well take superpump or no explode if your gonna use the dbol that way.

but we all got our ways of doing things eh..

non workout days spread them out, on workout days depending on how much you using eg:25mgs take full dose 1.5 hour pre-workout for optimum blood saturation, when using 35mgs and over take a very small amount in the am and rest preworkout(remember when consuming dbol skull down some grapfruit juice too to make it more potent). And its very handy on hard training session eg. legs. Pumps are absolutly insane and when u have a huge pump the muscle fascia stretches which gives more room for muscle growth esp for stubborn parts , good for a arms day :pfft: you will also feel a big surge dopimine or happeness too :D

By using dbol 1.5 hour preworkout strength gains should be seen due to the increased aggression, focus, the water bloat is debatable as it varys from person to person. Also since the high levels of dbol will be in your system for 4 hours your pre/during/post workout shakes should be even more effective/anabolic due to the increased protein synthesis seen from the sudden high levels of the drug. if you bloat on dbol chances are you will bloat very quickly with this method but when its out of you, you will piss away the water and should be left with the solid gains in strength and size, water weight doesnt count!! u can use an AI if need to,

tbh everything that wasnt preworkout felt like a waste other than the increased anabolism for recovery.

if your running prop would it be wise in the sparing side of things to run your dbols out longer? e.g running a 4 week supply for 5 weeks on training days rather than ED

whats your opinion on this? btw how does a dose of 40-50mg sound?

as for the dbol sparing side, some people do run it on just hard training days like 3x week for a boost,some poeple i know just use dbol all the time on just legs day at 25mgs but i think it would be more wiser to have dbol in you for 4-5 weeks straight, off days spread them evenly and on training days in ur case say 50mgs, 10-20mg in the am and rest 1.5 hour pre workout,

Brah I'm thinking of doing a 10 week cycle of Zumba.. Think I might need a real strong anti estrogen, I heard of guys almost turning into girls this stuff aromatizes so bad.

Can You recommend a good Pee She Tee?

ohhh i see zumba careful it might turn u into a women, so u need a very strong AI, prob need to OD on some femara and pramipexole lololoolololooolol, and some hcg for the pee she tee , lolololol

btw how does a dose of 40-50mg sound?

I feel great at 30mg/day, while running 500mg/wk test en. Not a high dose, but I am happy running it at that level. Maybe next time I will consider going higher.

40-50 would be awesome. I feel for those guys who don't enjoy it, as I find it's the blood of the kraken!

Nope, grape fruit juice inhibits intestinal and not hepatic CYP3A4, therefore increasing bio-availability. Dbol follows first order kinetics so its halflife is independent of dose, only a physiological change such as disease or a change in the elimination/clearance mechanisms will effect half life.

Have some liquid dbol and gave it a try tonight.

The taste was somewhat disgusting does anyone have any tips or tricks to get around the taste? mixing in a drink ect?

I've heard this stuff is 50mg per ml.

How the hell did you split up doses, if at all?!

using dropper or a syringe??

the thing with "Pulsing" (taking right b4 workout only) is that the days you dont train you dont take the drug. stable blood levels are key to maximizing growth from the drug.

taking it all b4 the gym is more likley gonna give you better strength gains, but for muscle growth spreading it out is a no brainer imo. alot of ppl will get headaches taking their full dose all at once not to mention other sick feeling symptoms. but it also depends on the dose the individual takes... some people like 20mg/day others like 60mg/day...

100mg a day. Liquid dbol = should be made in strawberry flavour for wimps who lift hard but cant stomach the taste :pfft:
