Mutant Chest

Hi all

im 16 years of age and i weigh 70 kgs

I have been doing alot at the gym and noticed i had good genetics for bodybuilding so i decided to do bodybuilding.

Right now im taking Universal Animal Pump, Anabolic Halo and mutant mass.

I was wondering if i should stay on this stack, because im not getting a very good pump from the Animal pump but and also if i should move onto whey because ive been on mutant for 7 months now?

1)educate yourself,want to try a supplement read up on the ingredients themselves,I'm talking white papers,actual freaking research not lame flash videos on their website with some douche in a lab coat selling his ethics to make a quick buck.

2) whey and lots of good food along with lots of water is all you need,stick around the forum there is lot of good advice here.(flex is the man)

3)nothing i mean nothing can get you that hard earned muscle if you are not eating good amounts of whole food.

4)stop concentrating on what all these supplement companies are feeding you 90% of it is bullshit,trust me it will save you heaps of money in the long run.

5)compound movements 1)benchpress 2)Deadlift 3)squat cant complete your workout week without these in your bag if you wanna grow big.

6)be patient your only 16,it is an awesome time to start!

Ease up lads, I once thought I had good genetics for strength sports, someone should've told me I was confused and should focus on marathon running! :grin: That said with perseverance I did okay (as most of the grafters here have! :nod: ).

It's a naive statement by MC I agree but lets cut the young fella some slack - the last young guy NZMM called out showed the doubters up & cost Tom some supps! :grin:

MC - Pumps are overrated! Train sensibly, eat heaps, get 8hrs + sleep and you'll grow like a weed. Save supplements for later - food is where its at (and protein powder fr convenience!).

Check out "Bodybuilding for beginners" on the Resources Tab up top and look up http://www.ampedtraining.com/maximum-muscle - a book on training by PMan on this forum, sensible stuff. :nod:

Thanks for all your replys.

I will definitely be looking at my nutrition alot more and will be doing deadlifts, squats and bench throughout the week.

Also i will be happy to upload photos when i get some batteries for my camera.haha. :lol:

if your serious re the workouts you will be doing then then thats AWESOME bro compound movements are where its at for you compound movements and lots of steak chicken and rice coupled with your genetics its as simple as that for the first few years :nod:
