Hi everyone,

Im 21 and have finally started making the effort to lose my fat,get fit and in shape.

Been eating shit for a few years now and its definitely hit me and showing, thought this would be the best place to learn and get advice :D

Started doing weights lightly a month ago and decided its time to train hard, sort out my diet and make my goals!

Will post up stats etc one day when i have made progress and no longer ashamed haha

Im off to look round the site, once again hi!

Hey Motivation welcome

I don't know much about boys training but my first bit of advice would be stop doing weights lightly and start doing them hardly!!

Thanks thats the plan! :)

I really need to start doing cardio hard to lower my bodyfat then focus on building muscle.

I find it so much easier to keep motivated and enjoyable doing weights than cardio though haha

Welcome to the forum. I havent been here long but have similiar goals - currently about 20+% Bfat. Best thing to do is create a log of all the work you do and take pics as they are great inspiration.

Good luck and look forward to seeing some good pics and logs.
