Currently.

Mon Morning CHEST + BACK(Superset) - PUMP Class in evening.

Tues Morning Yogalates then 1 on 1 Muay Thai Training - Evening 5km Run

Wed Evening LEGS + SHOULDERS(Superset)

Thurs Morning Chest + Back (Superset) - Evening Kickboxing Class

Friday Morning Yogalates - Evening 5km Run

Saturday Morning Kickboxing Class/Triceps once a week.(surfing later maybe)

Sunday Morning Legs + Shoulders. Evening Walk up the monster track(Te Mata Peak)

Very rarely do bicep training.

My training split at the moment is:

Mon: Chest

Tues: Back

Wed: Legs (and deadlifts)

Thurs: Shoulders

Fri: Arms

Sat/Sun: Cardio

Seems to work well for me and helps keep gym sessions short and sharp.

sounds effective man its pretty similar to mine aye, except i do deads with back, calves with shoulders, and my back n leg workout is the other way around. i like it like this it means you can put maximum effort into each body part.

Yeah saw that it was quite similar.

Only problem with a five day split is if you miss a day during the week you gotta head back during the weekend and I'm not a big fan of spending my weekend in the gym.
