Bodybuilding channels on Youtube

Hi all

Was wondering if anyone follows any of the bodybuilders "shows" on youtube?

Ive been following Nick Wright http://www.youtube.com/user/scondore

hes has some good advice on training and nutrition and is doing pretty well for himself.

Also occasionally watch Scooby http://www.youtube.com/user/scooby1961 hes also got some good advice f you can get past his voice and gnome fetish, and his website is pretty detailed aswell

what do you think of them? are there others anyone can recommend?

I watch Flex mag work out on youtube that has some good tips from some of the old school pro' guys like Shawn Ray,Frank Zane etc
