Make me a workout routine

I got a stationary book ready, could bb's please share their workout routine/program. From Mon-Sun what workouts and what weights with how many reps so I can steal it. I want to be serious in Bodybuilding so I need to buck up. Once ive got this sorted this site has served its purpose for me and I'll be on my road to Sonny Bill Williams status 8)

Yeah journals are the best place to find all types of workouts, but don't focus on the weights people are using. You need to find the weights that suit you, it's the relative intensity that matters. Meaning how intense it is to YOU. You have to find out what weights you can handle and then mould the workouts to suit them.

Last time I checked sonny bill was a rugby player and a boxer and even a sports model but not a bodybuilder :pfft:
