Introduction + Dumbbell routine question

Hi so my name is Hellokitty (well not really) but I'm 5ft and Japanese so it fits haha.

Anyway I'm pretty new to this bodybuilding thing I have just been doing the standard routine they seem to give to everyone that joins the gym I go to which is a topic for another day haha.

I am going to the west coast of the south island for 4 weeks as part of my study and will not have any access to a gym. I have bought a pair of dumbbells to take with me and am trying to sort out a routine and the amount of exercises on the net is crazy and I'm to narrow it down and get some structure to it

soooo on that note any suggestions/ advice would be very grateful :)

Hello Kitty, good to have you here. There's a lot you can do with a set of dumbbells (hopefully they're adjustable) but it's never going to be as good as if you can find a gym to pop into occasionally. I'm sure some of our South Islanders can suggest good places for you.
