Has anyone used the "isolator" training 'harness'...kind of looks like some kind of B&D equipment but the principles look sound.

website: http://isolatorfitness.com/

I actually bought one at the Olympia but a little nervous to try it out it the general public...visions of getting in a knot and hanging from some piece of gym equipment.

Then why buy it?

Get over what others think at the gym and just train.

What?.....surely not! are you also telling me my Bullworker and Charles Atlas kit purchased in 1963 won`t deliver!!. ....I was guaranteed to put on a centremetre on each arm within 40 years or my money back.

Up until now I thought the "Isolator" was my garage complete with well stocked fridge reserved for those special occasions when its desirable to make myself scarce.
