Just cause I got out of a meeting and cbf doing real work :3

I also think a lot of people were interested in the A-t2.

I've done my share of bullshit supps and any of the below are just toys in the big scheme of things.

Alpha T2

I've been through a bottle of this stuff, on a low carb diet. Mmmmm nothing.

I was bold enough to try 5-6 caps a day and I did not feel the thermogenic effects of the t2, I did however feel the Yohimbe. The sweating as advertised on SHR, which sold me did not happen in my experience. However I have a bit of a question and an observation with the keto diets. Carl from SHR is a big advocate of the paleo style or low carb diet. One thing I have noticed with my low carb experiences so far, when it is obvious that my body doesnt have carbs available i sweat like a crazy man. For example in the early morning hours I sometimes wake up in a sweaty mess. I just realized this recently as in this mornings meeting I hadn't eaten since 9 and I was quite hot and broke into a sweat. So I attribute the crazy sweating to diet not A-T2.

I did feel hungrier on A-T2, but I felt it did not attack my fat any more than what 20 mins of cardio would do. :/ Which is a shame because apparently it has worked well for others.

Primaforce, D Aspartic Acid

I've been using it alone which is not using it as wisely.

For those who havent heard of DAA its an amino that localizes in the pituitary and testes, and stimulates the production of hormones.

So far I think its worked! better than halodrol and novedex for myself.

I've noticed hair growth and i feel a little puffier. Problem is I think to get the benefits out of DAA your gonna need to use quite a bit, and it could become quite expensive.

I would recommend taking 2-3 scoops before bed with Nettle root or some compound anti estrogen supp, and all that goodness will be free test.

Best test support product I've tried so far though. Gonna be big me thinks.

Muscle Warfare are starting to make DAA, Anti E formulas.

Scivation Quake

Very tasty and expensive form of creatine and beta alanine.

Cant be fkd with beta alanine and the stims anymore.

Would be keen to find a good pre workout with no caffiene and 1, 3 Di-meth.

Nice to hear it is working, would like to give it a try as well

I guess it would work better than the other mentioned ones as there is an actual study to prove it's effectiveness, the whole DAA started after the study was done and it is not based on empty hype, it is not fancy and does not have ridiculous names so, if it doesn't do much the disappointed is not gonna be to much either. I would guess the max benefit is at the suggested dose and nothing more, similar to creatine, more = not always better. The Muscle Warfare products are extremely under dosed IMO, there are also some new generation DAA coming out , but keep in mind only the original has been tested in the real word, the rest is speculation (Same with Creatine Monohydrate). I would like to run DAA and Activate Extreme and maybe Triazole as a synergystic stack. the DAA has been popping up in a few products but the price should come down as it is just a bulk amino.

good stuff chemo cheers bro I got a bottle of erase here that I am thinking of stacking with activate xtreme as soon as I finish my natadrol bottle, to be honest I wasn't really keen on natadrol but I have a friend who swears by it so I guess we got to wait and see, currently on day 2 of it

If its better than halodrol and novedex, Im kind wondering how long before the FDA put a ban on this???

Feel a little puffier..maybe from water retention? (just curious bro)

o great! Tell us how that erase goes!

I got a bottle of Forma D and some simple nettle root to use with my next round.

FYI True Protien and pure bulk has bulk daa

https://www.trueprotein.com/product_lis ... cid=25&v=2

http://purebulk.com/d-aspartic-acid

Should get Nutratech to make a DAA, ZMA and Root blend Hennie ;)

Specter yeah was definitely water retention bro. Im totally on the same page man, seeing this getting banned in the not too distant future...

Nah it's a pretty harmless amino acid that just happens to stimulate LH and GH. It would be like banning Glutamine because of it's effect on GH or Tyrosine for it's effect on dopamine. Amino acids tend to be regulated differently (except for little old tryptophan) so I don't think there will ever be an issue with d-aspartic acid. It would be hard to overdose on it, the party pill boys can't use it for anything, it's too nasty to snort up your nose, and unless muscletech get their teeth into it, it doesn't have enough numbers in front of it to get the FDA's or Medsafe's attention.

What about WADA testing? Safe to use?

Just found that 1, 3 dimeth is an illegal substance with WADA

Anything else you know about DAA bro? would love to hear your take on its effectiveness/efficiency

I don't think they can test for an amino acid in your system. It's main effect is to stimulate the pituitary gland to release LH (leutenizing hormone) which basically tells your balls to increase Testosterone production. It should work well for for some guys but, as with most OTC Test boosters in NZ, if you've got good levels of Test in the system or your system doesn't handle increased Test well eg high levels of SHBG, then you probably won't notice too much as far as increased Test benefits.

I don't know for certain, but I guess all that would show up on a WADA test is that you might have slightly higher LH levels (if they test for that) and maybe high normal readings of Test. It ain't going to show up as a metabolite of anything banned like prohormones, andro's, novedex XT etc do, so I don't think WADA should have an issue with it. It can also increase GH release but I'm not sure whether there is any statistically significant increase for this to be a concern.

DMAA is good for fat loss or a stimulant kick and is banned by tested federations including WADA. Unfortunately it's being a little overused at the moment as it is ending up in every new product that comes out. No doubt some old lady at health2000 or GNC that doesn't know *** about ***, will sell it to some dick that know's even less *** about ***, who will then end up having heart palpitations while doing powerwalking on their treadmill, *** their pants that their having a heart attack and collapse in a pile of sweaty overweightness and blame it on a DMAA overdose. Then there will be a mass hysteria with everybody using the stuff thinking they are going to die when their heartrate gets over 100bpm and it will get banned.

I love the stuff but it should be used with a lot more caution than it currently is, as every bowflex using, zumba dancing, tom, dick and harry is chucking it down their gob at the moment so something's going to give. The partypill boys will probably ruin it for us first though.
