Just new to this site an im a fitness freak like to keep my body nice, as the age of 50 i but a few months away, just a query do many of you out there do wheel routines for the abs " from the standing positions"? I do and enjoy the release of endrophins also such an concentrated result each time it is a very fast way to gain that rock hard stomack.

i think a wheels routine is when you use one of those disc wheels with the handles either side, is that right ?

Some guys can go from a standing start to a flat out position and then back to a standing start.

i have seen a guy try and do this once and around half way down one of the handles broke off and he collapsed on the wheel and cracked him self a beauty on the chin on the edge of the wheel.
