Sports massage

Hi all

As ai am getting a bit older now (36 yo) and still competing in strongman, i

am having to do a lot more prehab work like foam rolling, self-massage etc.

Does anyone know a good sports masseur on the North Shore of Auckland who can apply good pressure, do trigger points etc to a relatievly large (100 kg) guy?

Also, what sort of price might i be looking at per hour?

I think the therapists at www.aucklandtherapeuticmassage.co.nz are really good. They have recently posted something about North Shore therapists on their blog - have a look . And good price too!
