Sam didnt want to but after her first flip she was fired up for the rest

They then went and did a few sleds (1/2 of them backwards and up hill-these are tough), farmers walks with bodyweight, hits to the tyre and Mel and Sam did some extra work doing leaps onto and stepup ups onto the tyre to finish. How we roll :twisted:

umm maybe a dumb question but where do you guys get those massive tyres?? My ex worked as a truck and tractor tyre and those big arse ones are soooo expensive they def don't throw them away!! Do you guys just rock up and ask if there is a tyre you can push round for a bit??

Peachy...we get tyres from truck/heavy machinary yards..it costs them to dispose of the old ones so as long as weve got som way of moving them they are happy to let us have them. Im currently looking for a 160kg and 280-300kg tyre
