high protein food help

So I figured I need at least 280 grams of protein a day and im struggling to get my head around how im going to get that much so I was hoping you guys would be able to give me a basic idea of foods in there weight with the amount of protein in them eg. 200g of chicken breast = 30g of protein (pure made up example lol).

I really want to nail my dieting on the head and this would help alot :)
