My favourite bulking food is 2min noodles with a can of tuna, with an egg dropped in at the end, and cooked.

Looks like crap, but full of awesomeness.

thats a fucking shit carb source. do you actually believe its good? or is it just good to you because it takes 2mins to cook and yr lazy?

Creatine is the best legal substance I've found to date, Id rate it over whey anyday. Helped heats when I wasn't eating like a crazy man.

Why the Creatine hate Specter? overpriced you think?

Personally, overpriced, and I hate the water retention, yeah it may give you energy boosts and strength gains, ,ake you look full and big, but for the newbie and a lot of the regulars I see on here......noticed you kinda start to rely on the creatine after a while and see it as a quick fix. I would rather take Whey.

But like all supplements out there try/experiment/review...you either hate it or like it ..just my piddly 2cents to the thread.

Yeah..Red meat is my source for creatine, not as muchas a source as buying Creatine on its own..but bloody tastes a hell of a lot better.

Are you referring to the "creatine bloat"?

Dont waste your money on Creatine...stuffs overrated and useless. Just settle for will power to get through training.

Shit man that's a good post, Creatine is overrated. I think you need to get outside more. Creatine monohydrate is probably the most underrated supplement in the industry. If you have only ever used creatine esters of krealkalyn or one of the other "next generation" creatine's then perhaps then you could say that, but a decent creatine mono is the best thing most natural strength athletes will ever use.

If you don't get good results from creatine then either you expect too much from supplements or you are a creatine non responder. Creatine mono is definitely not overrated though.

I did get short term results from using creatine and maybe it was the brand etc..but those results faded away real fast when you cycled off it and I refused to stay on it to keep those results. But I guess this is the same thing for a lot o other different supps out there. So in my books..yeah I will stay with overrated.(Creatine Mono isnt overrated, that I agree..but wont go near it myself)

Fair call on the bloat, I got that when I did the big load phase, but wasn't so bad during maintainance phases. I find I piss like a race horse on creatine though n___n"

Just for tazzaboy the performance enhancement you'll get from creatine mono will be nothing more than 5-10% if that, its not huge but if you get everything else in check that small boost means a lot to a natural when you are putting in the time and effort.

CEE, Di/Tri Malate, Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate I would avoid however

Kre Alk? no idea I got a kre alk & beta alanine pack I havent used yet

creatine monohydrate is great stuff, doesnt mix well and tastes like shit but does a fantasic job. i like to follow the 20-25grams/day split into 4-5 doses and taken throughout the day for 5-7 days then a maintence phase of 5-10grams/day id do this for 3 weeks then have a month off it and then go back on and so forth. i swore by this stuff and protein powder when i first started training as was a cheap combo, simple and worked well. i still use creatine monohydrate during my pct and find its still giving me results years down thre track.

tom; I enjoy eating them. the 'baked not fried' ones. I am not lazy, and have been able to cook awesome meals since late teens. I cook half the meals for the family.

I add them into my diet, and don't carry around any overhang.

I am not trying to compete on stage, but aiming to be stronger every year, for as long as I can.

I leave teh skin on my chicken too.

Mate i am just saying that their are far supeior foods than 2 minute noodles, you dont need to be getting on stage to eat these other foods either. i just think other foods would benefit you more and bought in bulk would probably be cheaper, although im not sure what noodles cost these days. these other foods will get you stronger too.... and im sure its a good thing to get stronger and look better at the same time, or is that just my opinion? lol

Tip of the day:

You dont have to have a pop belly to be strong.

lol
