One hundred push ups

Just starting the 100 push ups programme from onehundredpushups.com

Its basically a 6 week programme to get you to 100 push ups.

Has anyone else tried it? Would like to get some feedback. It seems to be quite a short programme and wondering if you think its actually achievable.

would be good if you need to do a lot of pushups eg police , army tests etc.

Easiest way to do more pushups? just get stronger but keep you bw the same. Think about it this way. If i go from benching 70kgs to 100kgs how much easier would repping 50kgs be?

we used to have pushup comps at work a year or two ago so i did them every night, only takes a few weeks to get to 100 if your fit and dont weigh much.

its achievable just put your mind to it.

its dymatize and vanilla flavour, i have some true mass's cookie and cream if u wanna buy a few of them i can do u a good deal better than the shops and internet, pm me.

i think standard press ups is better then the vertical ones, gives ppl of all shapes and sizes a chance to do well not just the big boys so itll be a good competition.
