hi all. im 37 skinny and just decided to quit smoking and start lifting weights... which i have done in the past... with ok results... event tho im skinny, i do have defined muscles...

:shock: you are all probably thinking 37? too old to start now

i hope not.... anyway.. all the info and knowledge i can get here will get me where i want hopefully..
