Under 105kg is a lightweight in SM. Over 105kg is a heavyweight.

No!

In 2009 I placed 3rd Overall as a Lightweight, in 2007 I think Richard Kilgour placed 3rd Overall as a Lightweight (was in a 3-way tie for first, but 3rd on countback).

I think the lightest guy to win it may have been Nickoli at 120.5ish in 2008???

It could happen, but probably shouldn't if the HW's are any good.

Sorry for the muck around Dale - I'll be there as a helper pretty f*@k (body soreness at present) and with training on friday my efforts will not be worth me having a go as much as I would liked to have.

I heard hes posting from the gym now. Rumor has it he got pinned to the floor with the bar and wasnt able to stand up again. Not a bad thing though first time hes been able to hit a depth in a while :lol: :grin:

id rather be pinned down to the floor than be caught posing in my grutz tryin to flex fat ombre :lol: :pfft: :pfft:
