Hi

I just competed in the SI champs on the weekend.. very very wicked good experience!

Now that thats done tho, how long should I take a break for, if at all (I ended up with shingles..doc told me my immune system was shagged) and then how do I go about stacking on some muscle for the next one?

After reveiwing photos from the event, while i sure did look pretty and my back was really good, everything else was a bit "soft".. definately more muscle required, and how do I do this without turning into a blimp??.. your thoughts, opinions and experiences would be much appreciated :)
