Pre-Cooked chicken

Hey guys

do you normally buy the precooked chickens from the supermarket for your daily supply? In the past I have always tended to stay clear as it's usually quite greasy and i'm not sure how they cook it, but with a busy life now I dont have time to cook my own chicken - what are your views?

ive brought some

had 2 yesterday! 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner

just dont eat the stuffing

good if ur on a bulk i quess, but will have more fat, dont eat the skin too
