Breakfast idea

I tried this the other day and it turned out quite good

Put some oats through the blender to make it finer (closer to flour - it gives a better consistency) then blend in egg whites and protein powder

I used 3 egg whites and 2 scoops of protein powder then a "splash" of low fat milk - till it looks close to pancake mix. then cook like a pancake (I did it on cooking paper in the frypan for less fat)

Will try to get a better idea of measurements next time I do it.

Okay

I used a cup of raw rolled oats (blended till fine), 3 size 7 egg whites - 2 scoops of protein powder and about 50mls of low fat milk.

Without protein powder (cuz mine wont be the same as yours) it works out to 20 grms protein 234 calories and 3.4grms fat (only .7 saturated)

If you just soak the oats overnight in a dish and then drain them in the morning, you could just throw them in the pancake mix and cook with them as is... I think the whole meal oats would be nice cooked like that and would just give your pancake some texture.

hey guys just to share with you all a quick breakfast idea

200gm of egg white including one whole egg

banana

hand full of frozen berry mix

splash of skim milk

scoop of protein powder

All blended!

I did the math and it is around

40gm protein

10 gm fat

30 gm carbs.

I have this with a little bit of porridge for the slower release energy.

Any other ideas for a quick breakfast shake/idea
