hi there im new to the site,im 22yo 5'9 and currently 78kgs at 25.6bmi i

have always been pretty active and have a background in mma,boxing and the british army here is a bit of stuff about my routine and diet any help would be choice,

mon-4x10bench press,4x20triangle press ups,4xdecline&incline press ups,abs

tue-4x10bicep curl,3x21s,4x12 tricep ex,3x30 dips

wed-4x10shoulder press,4x12upright row,4x20decline push ups,abs

thu-cardio

fri-4x10lat pull downs,4x10seated row,4xfailure widegrip chin ups,abs

havent been doing any lower body really apart from skipping and running.

diet

brek-porridge,banana

mid morn,can tuna or chicken and ricecakes

lunch-can chik or tuna with rice

post workout-mutant mass

dinner-chicken breast or hoki fillets with uncle bens rice

thats most nights then burritos for a bit of a treat so thats about all i can think of just looking to start competing so wana start from the basics and am mostly finding it hard to shift the lower part of my gut and also my fat on top of my hips
