What ONE supplement do you recommend...

I have a $100 to spend with the wonderful people at Punch Supplements... and they have soo many goodies to choose from!

If you were to have just ONE supplement (aside from Protein powder), what would it be and why??

I would have to say Super Pump 250... Always makes me feel like I can work harder at the gym :nod:

Seriously I'd probably go for creatine if it works for you? Some people seem to get a lot from it, others zero? Works for me.

Alternately I'd go for fish oils, or even a pre-workout formula if energy is an issue.

BCAA's ,something similar to scivation xtend b/c i dont think they have those.

That could be a great idea. I have enough oils, use creatine when training hard, have the BCAA's too. Hadnt heard of geranamine but a quick goggle on google tells me to stay clear of it!

Havent tried Superpump. Any suggestions on trialing a product welcome. I'll give it a shot after the Waikato Show as I should be competing then.

I wouldn't be that harsh... It's got a bit more in it then that and it gives a sweet kick to a workout, for me anyway.

I've got a tub of superpump here, but I only use it when I have not been in the bathroom for over 48 hours, works like a charm!!!!

I'd go with something like Xtend if it was up to me to be honest, always wanted to try it but I got heaps of BCAA's here
