High intensity cardio in the home

What are some good cardio exercises you can do in your home without a lot of equipment?

Things like skipping, star jumps, burpees, etc.

The choice of bodyweight drills are unlimited I particularly like Tabata"s for this type of training, this is where my gymboss comes in handy!, "Mens Health Power Training", has been a helpful resource in regards to structuring bodyweight intervals.

I had a client today perform step ups on her stairs timed for 60 seconds, then run up and down them for a total of 10 times completing this for a total of 3 rounds. Simple idea but effective.

Pavel and Mike Mahler are the guys....

I have been an online client of Mahler and got some really good results over a few months. He is not cheap and certainly fluff free but the results speak for themselves in the long run.

Cool dude, how is the online training going? What made you decide to go that route.... not sure if you've heard of of Brett Jones he has some good stuff...

No doubt you've tried the Get Up.....hows that treating you?

I have used Kettlebells for about 2 years now so the Turkish Get Up or "TGU" is a standard of my training. I train with double KB's most of the time and for at home you could not do any better.

Elite Fittness have a store on trademe that do some really good deals on them.

Body Blasters and Double Kettlebell Snatches (be careful, start light) will kill you in a few minutes. You cardio will be fully taken care of.
