Hi guys, just asking your opinions on slin use. i know eeryone has there own methods like they have with clen etc.

was just wondering what everone does here, some use 3 days out of 7, others use 4 on 4 off and have even read of 2 week on 2 weeks off.

so wat do you guys do? and why?

i am no expert so dont take my advice on this without lots of reasearch as insulin can be quite dangerous.

i would use 5iu in morning and 10iu post workout, eat clean food, carbs an protein, not dirty food. after orkot i would have glucose in protein shake an sometime mix my protein in powerade or have a size on drink etc, then drive home and eat again example chicken and baked potatoe. then i would eat some cottage cheese and oats 30min b4 bed, i wouldnt go sleep for 4-5 hours after my slin shot so had to train earlier.

also sumtimes would take slin pre workout and hve one of them horley carbo cola to sip on, having slin pre workout can be dangerous but givesu a mad pump!!!

it has been a while since i did, so am re-learning it all now an may have missed something i that paragraph

also mrbig make sure u have someone like a brother watch uwhen u are home from gym and he knows what u are up to in case u need his help.
