Quick question regarding Sheiko #29

Hi all, i am on week 3 of Sheiko #29 template.

Today i am supposed to do Deficit deadlifts as per the template, which i have never done before.

So i was wondering what height of platform should i be standing on to perform the deficit deadlifts?

And if i dont find the correct platforms can i use the 10kg plates or something like that?

Yes MG. Im on 3rd week at the moment. Really like it.

I think the 2nd week friday, i was pretty beaten up.(note to myself stop drinking so much)

I heard the 3rd week is worse with the sheiko flu.

Cant wait for it. :pfft: :pfft:

wont hit u as hard in #29 as opposed to the higher volume templates like #37 or 32, but itll boot you up the arse abit :)

well till now i was only doing 5x5 or 3x5. So #29 seems like high volume to me. Almost takes me 90min to finish each session. :doh:
