Lower back pump and cure

ok so on moderate - high dose of dbol it seems a bad lower back pump is inevietable, someways to help this i have read is 1 gram or taurine daily and a few say bananas help i am guessing they are alking about pottassium... some even talk of milk thistle 80% standardized extract.. though has ayone tried these and had any joy?

also those who have used dbol at 30mg/day and under have you still got these back pumps?

its the bloat from the dbol, take an anti estrogen bro to control bloat, works wonders
