Do`s and Don`t when on stage.

....well a few "don`ts" anyway!

Couldn`t help noticing a few of these old tacky bits with a few competitors on Saturday. So take it as good advice and I`m sure others can share a few more positives and negatives.

1) Dont lip-sync. You arent a rock singer.

2) Don`t pause to gee up the crowd. It looks like you`ve sub-consciously conceded defeat and that you`ve failed to get them going with your physique and routine .

3) When hitting your poses DON`T turn and stare at yours and other competitors biceps, thighs, crutches or whatever. It shows uncertanty.

Stand there with all the confidence in the world as if the trophys already yours.

the guys that do the Karate kata moves in their routine, if your the only one in the class.....do a whole minute of it WITH lip synching, preferable to Karate Kid voiceovers direct from Cobra Kai....He is my enemy, My enemy deserves no mercy!!! etc

That was awesome, real show stopper. I also love those guys who do that pec shaking thing, so cool.

No gum chewers on stage and please don't wear sunnies inside thats just embarrassing.

Stay flexed the WHOLE time - dont ever relax, because you never know who's gonna capture a pic of you unflexed, and put it on the net where it will stay FOREVER !

entertaining i thought, you often see alot of boring routines when you go to shows which is a dissapointment when it costs so much these days
