Yea its great, its a pain where I live because I cannot buy any of the replacement food, but ill make do with homemade sushi and rice crackers, I have that song in my head though "I think im turning Japanese" lol.

Dont forget soy sauce has gluten!! And terayaki sauce. And someone told me that the stuff they put in the rice to make it sticky has it too.

Hmm that's interesting. I too have a bloat problem (so I can't even workout in the afternoon)

Omg me too!! So annoying when you've planned a workout and the pain is too much you have to flag

Yea I know, I read the labels now....

Its really a pain in the but, breakfast I find is the hardest, no cereal in the country that I can eat, no breads, nothing really. When I get back to NZ in the new year it will be great, there is an online store you can order all the stuff from.

Been having rice crackers with tomato for breakfast... that and mashed boiled egg with abit of Mayo, but its a pain. Who would have thought that both Rice bubbles & Corn flakes contains gluten, when rice and corn don't lol.

Rice and spuds for dinner gives ya abit of body, that and kumala, cooking bananas.

Worst bit was I had a 5 kilo tub of protein powder that I would have for breaky... that has gluten in it to.

Sure it can be a hard adjustment initially. But you're better off now than 10+ years ago, when there was absolutely bugger all gluten free convenience products on the shelves and everyone had to walk ten miles to school in the snow, with no shoes on  Most of the gluten free packaged convenience is hideously overpriced semi-disguised crap anyway. There are plenty of options out there if you don't limit yourself to packaged foods to replace like for like?

Yea im trying to drop the extra weight aswell lol, emm bacon.

I might try some custard, oh its not that hard really, only thing I really miss is bread, but when i get back ill probably buy a bread maker and some of the mix.

I'm was considering flying in a homebrew kit for gluten free beer, but im better off without it.

I have Rice Flakes for breakfast. Mix cup flakes with half cup water. Microwave 2 minutes, In blender put 8 egg whites, 2 yokes. Add the Rice flakes and blend.

Cook in frypan in olive oil as a pancake. When cooked add some frozen rasperries and enjoy.
